Omya has entered into partnership with Alvinesa Natural Ingredients to distribute their upcycled products to the US and Canada Food and Nutrition markets. Alvinesa is known as a “circular economy” leader of sustainable plant-based ingredients. The Vintera ™ Grape Extract product line is a range of natural ingredients derived from the seeds and skin of grapes. These extracts are 100% upcycled from the wine industry, ensuring traceability from vineyard to the final product.
Highly valued for their beneficial properties, grape extracts have been shown in numerous scientific studies to help improve skin health, as well as the digestive, cardiovascular, and cognitive systems. Additionally, research highlights the potential of grape extracts as natural preservatives in food and beverages.
