Product Description

A fine fuchsia-red powder with a slight odor. This color formulation is made of red beet juice concentrate encapsulated into a rice protein concentrate matrix. It can be used as a coloring agent for confections, white chocolate, pastry fillings, snack bar coatings, puddings, margarine, cheeses, spices, tablets and cosmetics.
